Some blog love for the older child

Alivia may be all shiny and new still, but this little guy is doing lots of cool stuff, too. It's time he gets some blog love all to himself.

All things Spider-Man - ask Tyler his name and he'll tell you it's Spider-Man. His friends even had to tell his swim teacher his real name when he kept insisting it was Spider-Man, and he's come home with at least one paper from Sunday school with "Spider-Man" on the name line. Officially, he says, his name is Tyler Big Brother Spider-Man.

Which brings us to his next "like" - Alivia. Tyler is an A-plus big brother. He loves making his "sweetie girl" smile, and can do so more easily than the rest of us! He's not a huge fan of the idea of sharing his old baby toys with her, but after warming up to the idea, he comes around.

Another like: Water. Spraying people with it, jumping into it, sliding into it, and learning to float in it. Tyler loves his weekly swim lessons with his daycare class and could spend all day in Aunt Kay's pool with his arm floaties on.

And, finally, baseball. (Obviously.) He's still hitting those longballs. Somebody send us a scout!
